用原子吸收分光光度法测定了榆钱中 6种微量元素 ,结果表明榆钱 Fe、Zn的含量较高 ,不仅可以食用 ,而且具有一定的营养价值和药用价值。
Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the six trace elements in E. giganteus. The results showed that the contents of Fe and Zn were high, not only edible, but also had certain nutritional value and medicinal value.
