目的:测定中药仙茅中仙茅苷的含量。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为282nm。结果:仙茅苷线性回归方程为Y=0.0093X,r=0.9999;加样回收率为98.9%,RSD为0.5%(n=3);该法测得自采仙茅药材中仙茅苷的平均含量为1.03%,RSD为5.1%(n=5)。结论:该方法准确可靠,操作简便易行。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of curculin in Curculigo rhamnoides. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used. The detection wavelength was 282 nm. Results: The linear regression equation of curculin was Y=0.0093X, r=0.9999. The recovery of the sample was 98.9% and the RSD was 0.5% (n=3). The method was used to measure the content of curculigoside The average content was 1.03% and the RSD was 5.1% (n=5). Conclusion: This method is accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
