The authors have dynamically measured endotoxin shock in dogs blood levels of NE, AD and DA changes. To further explore the role of the cholinergic nervous system in the mechanism of adrenal release, we measured 3AChE activity dynamically in the adrenal tissue of endotoxic shock mice. Experimental animals Kunming male mice, weighing 18-20 grams.
