周围淋巴管内压力和静脉压之间的关系以往甚少了解,主要因为周围淋巴管内压力的测定相当困难.关于淋巴水肿实验模型的淋巴动力学研究几乎未有报道.同时研究正常及淋巴水肿兔耳的淋巴动力学,能对于淋巴循环病理学的理解获得更多的客观资料,尤其是对于近年来应用显微淋巴管静脉吻合术治疗淋巴水肿的理论根据有更大的价值.本文作者在研究兔耳淋巴水肿实验模型获得成功的基础上,在兔耳淋巴水肿模型上测定了水肿时淋巴管内的侧压及端压,与兔耳静脉的侧压及端压作对比,同时并在正常兔耳中测定了淋巴管及静脉的侧压及端压.以下报道兔耳淋巴管及静脉压测定方法并对淋巴水肿的淋巴动力学及淋巴管静脉吻合术后动力学的变化稍加探讨,
