以往人们对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)免疫异常的研究主要集中在抑制性T细胞(T_s)及其免疫调节异常.近年来随着研究的不断深入,人们逐渐对产生自身抗体的效应细胞——B淋巴细胞在SLE免疫异常中的作用有了新的认识.本文拟就(1)SLE B细胞系干细胞水平异常;(2)SLE B细胞的异常激活、增殖和分化;(3)SLE B细胞增殖分化因子的产生异常和SLE中B细胞对B细胞增殖分化因子的异常反应;(4)SLE B细胞多克隆活化的自身刺激作用机制;(5)独特型与SLE发病及多克隆B细胞活化的可能联系等五个方面的有关资料作一综述.
In the past, the studies on the immune abnormalities of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) mainly focused on the inhibitory T cell (T_s) and its immunomodulatory abnormalities.In recent years, with the deepening of researches, the effect of autoantibodies- B lymphocytes in SLE immune abnormalities have a new understanding.This paper intended to (1) SLE B cell line abnormal stem cell levels; (2) SLE B cells abnormal activation, proliferation and differentiation; (3) SLE B cells Abnormal proliferation of differentiation factors and abnormal response of B cells to B cell proliferation and differentiation factors in SLE; (4) self-stimulation mechanism of polyclonal activation of SLE B cells; (5) idiotype and SLE pathogenesis and polyclonal B cell activation The possible contact and other five aspects of the relevant information for a review.
