Ki-67抗原是细胞增殖相关蛋白,在所有增殖细胞(正常及肿瘤)核的细胞周期表达,其表达量随细胞周期不同而不同。Ki-67抗原可较准确地反映细胞的增生活性,评价肿瘤的生物学行为。Ki-67抗原与人类多种恶性肿瘤的进展和预后密切相关,近年来引起了广泛的关注。本文就Ki-67抗原在前列腺癌中表达及其与前列腺癌的发生、发展、病理分级、临床分期,以及复发与预后关系的临床研究进展予以综述。
Ki-67 antigen is a cell proliferation-related protein that is expressed in the cell cycle of all proliferating (normal and tumor) nuclei, and its expression varies with the cell cycle. Ki-67 antigen can more accurately reflect the cell proliferation activity, evaluate the biological behavior of tumor. Ki-67 antigen is closely related to the progress and prognosis of many human malignancies, and has drawn wide attention in recent years. This article reviews the clinical progress of Ki-67 antigen expression in prostate cancer and its relationship with the occurrence, development, pathological grade, clinical stage, recurrence and prognosis of prostate cancer.
