调节平滑肌最后活力的主要因子为cAMP与Ca~(++);作为经典解痉剂的罂粟硷对若干组织中的磷酸二酯酶具强烈抑制作用,这个机理亦常见于许多其他平滑肌松弛剂;其他“Ca拮抗剂”如异搏停和利心平,也被证实可抑制平滑肌细胞膜上的Ca活化系统。依此,本文采用兔离体结肠以及肌浆网等实验方法,对新型具有广谱解痉活性的酪氨酸衍生物——tiropramide松弛平滑肌的作用机理进行探讨。

Therefore, in this paper, experimental methods such as in vitro colon and sarcoplasmic reticulum were used to investigate the mechanism of relaxation of a new type of tyrosine derivative ,tiropramide, which has a broad spectrum of antispasmodic activity.
