目的:建立冷水花药材的HPLC指纹图谱及指标成分含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),柱温:30℃,流速:0.8 m L/min,检测波长:330 nm,乙腈(A)-0.2%冰醋酸(B)梯度洗脱分析冷水花的指纹图谱;利用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统”(2004 A版)软件,对24批冷水花药材进行比较分析,同时测定了冷水花中木犀草苷和大波斯菊苷的含量。结果:建立了冷水花药材的指纹图谱,其中有10个共有峰,利用对照品指认了2个主要共有峰,不同产地冷水花药材图谱及木犀草苷和大波斯菊苷的含量均存在一定的差异。结论:该方法具有良好的精密度、稳定性和重复性,可用于冷水花药材的鉴别及质量控制。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Chrysanthemum medicinal materials and the method for determining the content of the index components. Methods: Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. Results: The fingerprint of Chrysanthemum was established. There were 10 common peaks, and the two common peaks were identified by the reference substance. The chromatograms of chrysanthemum and the contents of luteolin and cosmosin in different areas all had certain contents difference. Conclusion: The method has good precision, stability and repeatability, can be used for identification and quality control of cold water flower herbs.
