在长跑运动训练中,人们了解得最少并且最容易犯的毛病之一就是过度训练。过度训练是指:由于过分紧张的训练和比赛造成疲劳,从而不能正常发挥自己的能力取得优秀的成绩。简单明了地说就是在每周的训练中运动员跑的公里数太多了。
One of the least understood and easily missed problems in long-distance training is over-training.
