This paper introduces a large scale application specific integrated circuit (HEF4752) as SPWM signal generator and a PWM frequency conversion speed regulation system with a transistor module in the inverter. The system is applied to the rescue equipment of the elevator. Experiments show that this device is a more ideal elevator rescue equipment ladder
