研究卵巢粘液上皮肿瘤(OMET)的电镜诊断特征。对20例OMET进行电镜观察,并与光镜对照。发现20例OMET中,8例良性,5例交界性和7例恶性。光镜、电镜和临床表现大致符合,诊断符合率为17/20(85%)。在良性组内有2例电镜可见分化不良细胞及癌组织特征,临床有腹膜种植转移,1例死于癌晚期(2年内)。交界组内,1例电镜下见到癌组织特征,术后10个月复发。结论指出电镜超微结构病理学,特别是细胞粘合力,对卵巢粘液上皮肿瘤的种植转移、早期诊断和预后有重要参考价值。
Electron microscopic diagnosis of ovarian mucinous epithelial tumor (OMET). Twenty OMETs were observed under electron microscope and compared with light microscope. OMET found in 20 cases, 8 cases of benign, 5 cases of borderline and 7 cases of malignancy. Light microscopy, electron microscopy and clinical manifestations generally consistent diagnostic rate of 17/20 (85%). In the benign group, there were 2 cases of poorly differentiated cells and cancerous tissues characterized by electron microscopy. There were clinical metastatic peritoneal implants and 1 patient died of advanced carcinoma (within 2 years). Within the junction group, one case of cancer seen under electron microscopy, recurrence 10 months after surgery. Conclusion concluded that electron microscopy ultrastructural pathology, especially cell adhesion, ovarian mucinous epithelial tumor metastasis, early diagnosis and prognosis of important reference value.
