例一:县面粉厂有台型号为SZL-630/10有载调压变压器,运行中发生故障。故障现象为:降压时正常,升压时手动或自动均失灵。本厂电工检查后未能排除故障;认为有载调压开关控制器电子控制线路已损坏。在排除故障中我将J_S与J_(J)通用继电器互调一下,通电试验与前故障现象相反;升压正常,降压失灵,经检查发现J_(Ja)常闭触点接触不良;调整后通电试验升压降压时手动或自动全部恢复正常。例二:故障现象为,电压表显示电压为320伏,有载调压开关控制器信号指示低限灯亮,升压降压时手动自动均失灵。本厂电工认为变压器有问题或者网

The factory electrician failed to check after troubleshooting; that the on-load tap-changer controller electronic control circuit has been damaged. In the troubleshooting I J_S and J_ (J) general relays intermodulation about the power test and the former failure of the opposite; normal boost, step-down failure, the inspection found J_ (Ja) normally closed contact poor contact; adjusted Power test step-up or step-down all manual or automatic back to normal. Case 2: The breakdown phenomenon is that the voltage meter shows that the voltage is 320 volts.
