冷战的结束清除了横亘于西欧和苏联东欧之间的分界线,随之而来的不仅是西欧政党政治的深刻变化,而且更重要的是东欧乃至俄罗斯政党政治状况的根本改变,开始由原有的共产党单独执政的一党制或共产党领导下的多党合作制向西方式的多党政治演化。本文拟以政党在国家政权行使中的作用为出发点,用东西欧对比的方式,从政党群体和政党个体两个层面上来考察欧洲政党的新变化
The end of the Cold War has eliminated the demarcation line between western Europe and the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. What followed came not only the profound changes in the politics of Western European parties, but more importantly the radical changes in the political conditions of the political parties in Eastern Europe and even Russia. The multi-party cooperation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of the world, which is under the control of the one-party system or the communist party, which is under the independent control of the Communist Party, has evolved into a western-style multi-party political system.
