幽门螺杆菌(HP)在胃十二指肠疾病中所扮演的重要作用正日益受到人们的重视。国内外学者均致力于寻求对HP有抑制或杀灭作用的药物,然而,到目前为止,尚未获得最理想的药物。本组应用德诺片治疗一组伴有幽门螺杆菌感染的胃十二指肠疾病患者,以探讨德诺片剂对此类疾病的疗效及其对HP的清除作用。 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例来源:常规胃镜检出的伴有HP感染的胃十二指肠疾病患者共67例,男44例,女23例,年龄14～61岁,平均38.3岁。其中各类慢性胃炎20例,胃溃疡9例,十二指肠球部溃疡38例。所有溃疡患者同时亦伴有慢性胃炎。 1.2 胃镜、组织学及HP检查:所有病例在胃镜
The important role played by Helicobacter pylori (HP) in gastroduodenal diseases is gaining more and more attention. Domestic and foreign scholars are committed to seeking HP have inhibitory or killing effect of the drug, however, so far, have not been the ideal drug. This group of patients with de nocerotherapy treatment of a group of patients with gastroduodenal diseases associated with Helicobacter pylori infection in order to explore the efficacy of delano tablets on these diseases and its clearance of HP. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Sources: conventional gastroscopy with HP infection in patients with gastroduodenal disease, a total of 67 patients, 44 males and 23 females, aged 14 to 61 years, mean 38.3 years. Of which 20 cases of various types of chronic gastritis, gastric ulcer in 9 cases, 38 cases of duodenal ulcer. All ulcers are also accompanied by chronic gastritis. 1.2 gastroscopy, histology and HP examination: all cases in the gastroscope
