[目的]建立蔬菜中辛硫磷残留量的毛细管气相色谱分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈溶液涡流快速提取,减压浓缩后用丙酮直接定容,用气相色谱法定量测定。[结果]该方法最低检出限为0.006 8 mg/kg,添加回收率为84.0%~112.0%;相对标准偏差变异系数为7.1%~8.7%。[结论]采用本法测定蔬菜中辛硫磷残留量,方法简便、快速、准确,各项指标均符合残留分析的要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a capillary gas chromatographic method for the determination of phoxim residue in vegetables. [Method] The sample was rapidly extracted by vortex with acetonitrile solution, concentrated under reduced pressure and then directly fixed with acetone, and determined by gas chromatography. [Result] The detection limit of this method was 0.006 8 mg / kg, the recovery rate was 84.0% ~ 112.0%, and the coefficient of variation of relative standard deviation was 7.1% ~ 8.7%. [Conclusion] The method for determination of phoxim residues in vegetables by the method was simple, rapid and accurate, and all indexes met the requirements of residue analysis.
