随着党的统一战线不断扩大和发展,党外代表人士教育培训工作面临新的形势和任务。结合云南省社会主义学院的实际,深入研究重点班次——党外县处级中青干部培训班教育培训需求,是切实提高我院教育培训质量的突破口。研究显示,该班次对我院教育培训满意度较高,但从培训需求中发现我院教育培训水平仍有较大提高空间。根据调研情况,提出以五种能力为培训主线,加大新专题开设力度,创新培训模式,完善考评机制等意见和建议,以进一步深化云南社院教学改革。
With the continuous expansion and development of the party’s united front, education and training for non-party delegates face new situations and tasks. Combined with the actual situation of Yunnan Institute of Socialism, in-depth study of major shifts - the demand for education and training of middle-level and cadre cadres at the county level is a breakthrough in effectively improving the quality of education and training in our hospital. The study shows that this shift is more satisfied with the education and training of our hospital, but there is still room for improvement in the education and training of our hospital from the training needs. According to the research, we put forward suggestions and suggestions on how to train the main line with five abilities, intensify the opening of new special subject, innovate the training mode, and improve the evaluation mechanism so as to further deepen the teaching reform in Yunnan’s social academies.
