本文用不同的加热温度和冷却方式研究了ZG25中魏氏组织的形成规律。结果表明,无论奥氏体晶粒度是9级还是1级,只要冷却速度适宜,都可以产生魏氏组织。探讨了魏氏组织对机械性能的影响,认为在相同奥氏体晶粒度下与无魏氏组织的退火组织比较,强度和冲击韧性提高而韧脆转变温度下降。作者认为韧性提高是由于魏氏组织有效的细化了铁素体晶粒,同时也细化了珠光体晶团的结果。
In this paper, with different heating temperature and cooling method to study the formation of ZW25 Wei’s organization. The results show that, regardless of austenite grain size is 9 or 1, as long as the cooling rate is appropriate, can produce Wei’s tissue. The effects of Widmanstatten on the mechanical properties were discussed. It is concluded that the strength and impact toughness of the Widmanstatten are improved while the ductile-brittle transition temperature is decreased at the same austenite grain size. The author believes that the improvement of toughness is due to the fact that Wessel’s organization effectively refined ferrite grains and refined the results of pearlite clusters.
