目的分析云安县实施广东省结核病控制项目8年的效果。方法对云安县2001—2008年实施广东省结核病控制项目开展的基线资料和统计报表、年度总结、项目进展工作报告、中期评估、考核评价以及有关资料进行统计分析。结果 2001—2008年共对2 445例肺结核可疑者进行检查,发现活动性肺结核1 292例,其中新发涂阳803例,复治涂阳166例,初治涂阴323例(空洞粟粒病变11例)。年均新发涂阳登记率为32.7/10万,年均涂阳登记率为39.4/10万,涂阳登记率逐年升高。新发涂阳病例中,年龄分布以20~59岁为主,占63.4%;男性多于女性,男女性别比为2.04∶1;职业分布以农民为主,占85.4%。共对2 445例病人进行免费治疗和管理,初治涂阳2、3月末痰菌转阴率分别为95.3%、97.4%;复治涂阳2、3月末痰菌转阴率分别为88.6%、94.0%;初治涂阳治愈率达97.4%,复治涂阳治愈率达95.2%。结论云安县2001—2008年实施广东省结核病控制项目取得良好成效,遏制了结核病流行。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing TB control project in Yunan County for eight years. Methods The baseline data and statistical reports, annual summary, project progress reports, interim assessment, assessment and evaluation of related data of TB control project carried out in Yunan from 2001 to 2008 were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 2 445 cases of tuberculosis suspicious individuals were examined during 2001-2008. A total of 1 292 cases of active tuberculosis were found, of which 803 were new smear positive, 166 were smear positive, and 323 were smear negative example). The average annual number of new smear registrations was 32.7 / 100000 with an average annual enrollment rate of 39.4 / 100000. The registration rate of smear-positive enrollment increased year by year. Among the newly diagnosed smear positive cases, the age distribution was mainly from 20 to 59 years old, accounting for 63.4%. There were more males than females, with a sex ratio of 2.04:1. The occupational distribution was dominated by peasants, accounting for 85.4%. A total of 2 445 patients were treated and managed for free. The initial smear positive rates of sputum were 95.3% and 97.4% at the end of March and the end of March, respectively. The rates of sputum negative conversion at the end of 2 and 3 were 88.6% , 94.0%. The cure rate of primary smear was 97.4% and the cure rate of remedial smear was 95.2%. Conclusion The implementation of TB control program in Guangdong Province during 2001-2008 in Yunan County has achieved good results and curbed the epidemic of tuberculosis.
