九、内分泌系统疾病 中山医大研究了非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病男性患者E2/T比值增多者并发高血压和冠心病较多,而女性患者E2/T比值降低或特别高者并发冠心病。重庆医大观察到糖尿病患者血清镁和红细胞镁降低,尿镁增加,有心脏并发症者,血镁更低,表明低镁血症是并发心脏病的因素之一。四军医大以体感诱发电位研究糖尿病神经病变,观察到潜时延长,与糖化血红蛋白、糖化血清蛋白、乳酸水平相关。上述潜时与HDL—Ch呈负相关,与BUN呈正相关,与左心室容积和顺应性以及全血粘度等也紧密
