日前,国务院办公厅正式发布了《汽车产业调整和振兴规划》。《规划》提出未来三年我国汽车产业的八大目标八大重点任务,以及实现上述目标和任务的十一项政策措施。作为汽车产业综合性应对措施的行动方案,规划调整期为2009-2011年。《规划》特别强调,国务院各有关部门要按照《规划》的工作分工,加强沟通协商,密切配合,尽快制订和完善各项配套政策措施,建立部门联合发布信息制度,适时开展《规划》的后评价工作,确保实现汽车产业调整和振兴三年目标。各地区要按照《规划》确定的目标、任务和政策措施,结合当地实际抓紧制订具体落实方案,确保取得实效。各省(区、市)要将具体工作方案和实施过程中出现的新情况、新问题及时报送国家有关部门。
