农民热爱黄梅戏。没有农村观众的支持,黄梅戏将是无源之水,无根之木。在新的形势下,很多公社、大队办起了自己的剧场、业余剧团和半职业剧团。他们十分希望省、地(市)、县的专业剧团去演出,对他们支持、辅导和交流经验。如何办好农村剧团,满足农民看戏的需要,是一项很值得研究的问题。这里,我们向读者介绍全国农村文化艺术工作先进集体、湖北黄梅新开公社半职业黄梅剧团的办团经验。至于农村业余剧团的办团经验,我们也乐于介绍。
Farmers love Huangmei opera. Without the support of the rural audience, Huangmei opera will be a passive water, rootless. In the new situation, many communes and brigades run their own theater, amateur troupes and semi-professional troupes. They very much hope that the professional theater troupes in provinces, prefectures, cities and counties will perform and give them support, guidance and exchange of experiences. How to do a good job of rural theater companies to meet the needs of farmers to watch movies is a very worthy of study.
