近10年来,财务管理和会计核算均有一定程度的改革和进展,企业财务改革已积累了一些经验。我院由于试行了“技术经济责任制”对改善经营管理、挖掘内部潜力,促进林业调查规划事业的发展起到了一定的推动作用。一财务管理与经济体制改革的关系随着经济体制改革的深入,原来的财务管理,包括它的理论、制度、方法都已经不能适应了。
In the past 10 years, some reforms and progress have been made in financial management and accounting, and some experiences have been accumulated in enterprise financial reform. Our hospital has played a certain role in promoting the development of forestry investigation and planning due to the pilot implementation of the “technical and economic responsibility system” to improve management and operation, tap internal potentials and promote forestry investigation and planning. Relationship between Financial Management and Economic System Reform With the deepening of the reform of the economic system, the original financial management, including its theories, systems and methods, can no longer be adapted.
