我厂加工一批铜管矫直机的轧辊,其曲面为单叶旋转双曲面。我厂原工艺按卡板车削,劳动强度高,生产率低,质量差,并要求操作工人有较高的技术水平。现改进用单叶旋转双曲面形成的原理来车削。实践证明效果较好,现介绍如下。一、基本原理图1所示单叶旋转双曲面的方程式为: (x~2+y~2)/a~2-z~2/b~2=1 (1)式中:a为实半轴;b为虚半轴。以y=a的平面截曲面得截痕为一对相交于点o_(?)(o,a,o)的直线AB及CD。同理,以y=-a的平面截曲面得截痕为一对相交于点o_(?)~'(o,-a,o)的直线EF及GH。直线方程式为:
