本文叙述低碳低锰含钛热轧汽车板的生产工艺及其性能。钛加入钢中后,细化晶粒、弥散强化,提高韧性和强度;另外还可改变硫化物夹杂形态及降低钢中珠光体量改善冷弯性能,使宽冷弯d=0 100%合格。由于钛是强碳、氮化物形成元素,所以它的强度与TiC或TiCN有很大的依赖性。经过实冲汽车零件表明,废品率在0.5%以下,它是用于经受弯曲及拉延变形的横梁及拖架零件的一种优良的冷成型用钢。
This article describes the production process and performance of low carbon, low manganese and titanium hot rolled automotive sheet.
