表皮生长因子（ｅｐｉｄｅｒｍａｌｇｒｏｗｔｈｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＥＧＦ）是一类活性肽，广泛存在于各种生物体内，能促进多种表皮细胞的生长，而轻度芥子气眼中毒对角膜的损伤主要集中在角膜上皮。为了解ＥＧＦ对芥子气损伤的角膜上皮是否有促进作用，我们观察了重组人表皮生长 Epidermal growth factor (EGF), a class of active peptides, is widely found in various organisms and can promote the growth of many epidermal cells. However, corneal damage caused by mild mustard gas poisoning is mainly concentrated on the corneal epithelium. To understand whether EGF can promote the growth of corneal epithelium damaged by mustard gas, we observed the growth of recombinant human epidermis
