为了治理医疗环境,整顿医疗秩序,加强各级各类医疗机构的管理,提高医疗服务质量,保护患者利益、保证卫生改革健康发展,我们在钟祥县郢中、柴湖、旧口等六个镇对社会办医情况进行了调查。一、社会办医秩序混乱这6个镇现有卫生部门所属卫生院,所20个,新增点13个,工矿企业单位办的医疗机构37个,村卫生室144个,乡村医生个体开业行医的51个村122人,社会闲散人员个体行医的70个。随着卫生改革的深入和发展,社会办医也得到发展,这方便了群众,补充了国家医疗机构之不足,但也存在不少问题。
