“科学技术是第一生产力,而人是第一生产力的第一要素。”这是郑州市经济发展总公司总经理路明旺在接受笔者采访时,谈到的一个观点。 他的这个观点,使我们认识到我们面对的不仅仅是一个企业家,而是中国产业大军中的一代新兴的代表。 中国的改革开放使千千万万中国农民放下锄把子走进工厂形成了一个新的产业大军。中国正在以自己的方式实现她的强国之梦——向工业现代化进军。 在这一历史变革时期,路明旺也经历了从农村到工厂、从车间主任到企业领导者的历程。生产第一线的实践与走进大学校门的理论学习,使他最终成为一个“科学技术是第一生产力”的成功实践者。 陆明旺和他的企业所走过的道路以及他的现代管理思想,告诉我们这样一个道理:企业家一旦拥有了科学头脑,将会释放出巨大的能量。
“Science and technology are the first productive forces, and people are the first element of the first productive forces.” This is an opinion that Lu Mingwang, general manager of the Zhengzhou Economic Development Corporation, talked about during an interview with the author. During this period of historical change, Lu Mingwang also experienced the journey from the countryside to the factory, from the workshop director to the business leader. The practice of first-line production and the theoretical study that entered the university’s doorway made him a successful practitioner of “science and technology are primary productive forces.” The path that Lu Mingwang and his company have taken and his modern management ideology tell us that entrepreneurs, once they have a scientific mind, will release tremendous energy.
