1949年9月25日,新疆警备总司令陶峙岳、副总司令兼整编四十二师师长赵锡光等14人向全国发布通电,宣布脱离国民党反动集团,接受人民革命军事委员会的领导。不久,新疆警备总司令部联勤总部第26卫生材料库(驻喀什)少校支库长易定均接到上峰指令:材料库关门,等待解放军接收。现住昌吉市的易定均,是笔者采访联络部集训队学员
On September 25, 1949, 14 comrades such as Tao Zhiyue, commander-in-chief of Xinjiang Garrison, and Zhao Xiguang, deputy commander-in-chief and reorganization of the Forty-second Division commander, issued power to the whole nation and declared that they were out of the KMT reactionary clique and accepted the leadership of the People’s Revolutionary Military Commission.
