一、情况比较 天津开发区继1993年取得月招商1亿美元的辉煌成绩之后,1994年首季又创佳绩,共批准外商投资企业159家,外商协议投资额2.71亿美元,在全国普遍下降幅度达到21.8％的情况下,取得了比去年同期增长36％的成绩。而五大经济特区的招商成绩却不太理想,一季度五个经济特区共批准外商直接投资项目1279项,比去年同期下降了38.2％,超过全国下降幅度5.6个百分点;外商协议投资额17.94亿元,比去年同期下降23.2％,也比全国下降幅度高出1.4个百分点。具体情况见下表。
