目的和方法:实验用不同强度刺激隐神经,配合极化电流阻断技术分别引起A类纤维(Af)和C类纤维(Cf)传入丘脑束旁核的诱发电位,观察静脉注射吗啡(05mg/kg)对A-PfEP和C-PfEP的影响。结果:A类纤维和C类纤维均可传入丘脑束旁核引起诱发电位,但两者潜伏期和幅值有明显差异。静脉注射吗啡,可使C-PfEP幅值明显衰减,潜伏期延长;而A-PfEP的幅值衰减不显著,潜伏期不延长。结论:C-PfEP与痛关系密切,可作为慢痛反应指标
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The experiment stimulated the saphenous nerve with different intensities and induced the evoked potential of the parafascicular nucleus (A) and the C fiber (Cf) into the paraventricular nucleus of the thalamus separately. The effects of intravenous injection of morphine (0 5mg / kg) on A-PfEP and C-PfEP. Results: Both fibers of type A and fibers of type C could be induced into the para-nucleus of the thalamic nucleus to induce evoked potentials, but the latency and amplitude of both were significantly different. Intravenous injection of morphine, C-PfEP amplitude significantly attenuated, latency; and A-PfEP amplitude attenuation was not significant, the incubation period is not prolonged. Conclusion: C-PfEP is closely related to pain, which can be used as an index of slow pain response
