《中华人民共和国会计法》从五月一日实施以来,不少地区召开了动员大会,对实施《会计法》作了动员和部署。北京市召开了一千二百人的贯彻《会计法》动员大会。孙孚凌副市长作了动员报告,他要求各级领导带头,认真学习、宣传、贯彻好《会计法》。天津市召开了市属各委,办、局、各区、县人民政府、各大专院校.以及中央在津局级单位的负责人、总会计师、财务部门负责人参加的会议。聂壁初副市长在会议讲话中强调指出贯彻《会计法》,要认真解决会计核算不实和会计监督不力的问题;要切实
