目前,我国工矿企业的设备管理,大体属于五十年代苏联的《机器制造企业工艺设备的统一计划预修和使用制度》的范畴,虽然经过32年的实践、摸索、改进,作了某些适合我国国情的修改,但也跳不出这个框框。而这套管理制度,对设备润滑管理,并无完整的论述。设备润滑技术对于企业的设备维护保养,其意义已有了新的更深义的解释,被誉为机械之血液的润滑油(脂)使之管理科学化,是设备维护的重要环节,对设备的正常运转、延长寿命、提高产品质量、降低成本、消除润滑油造成的污染等方面,有着非常密切的关系。我国对摩擦、磨损、润滑方面进行系统的研究成果,用于生产仅仅是近几年来的事。如何使这门学科为我国实现“四化”服务,为使我国企业设备管理科学化,更好地调整和改造企业,应该作为一个问题摆在我们的面前。所以,设备润滑管理再不可简单地视为加加油、更不是可有可无的。

Therefore, equipment lubrication management can no longer simply as plus, but not optional.
