目的:探索一种治疗消化性溃疡与根治HP的效佳、价廉的治疗方案。方法:采用雷尼替丁+呋喃唑酮+甲硝唑(简称RFM方案)治疗消化性溃疡及根治HP,与对照组国产奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+羟氨苄青霉素(简称OCA方案)作疗效一成本比较。结果:对照组溃疡愈合率为99.2％,HP根除率为84.9％;治疗组溃疡愈合率为95.0％,HP根除率为83.2％,两组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。RFM方案组成本为16.24元,与OCA方案组成本832.23元比较,有非常显著性差异;两组已根除HP治疗后病人,不同时期溃疡复发与HP检测阳性结果比较均无显著性差异。结论:RFM方案依从性好,高效、安全、价廉,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore a treatment of peptic ulcer and radical HP effective, inexpensive treatment. Methods: The treatment of peptic ulcer and HP with ranitidine + furazolidone + metronidazole (referred to as RFM regimen) was compared with the control group omeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin (referred to as OCA program) for efficacy Cost comparison. Results: The healing rate of ulcer in control group was 99.2% and the eradication rate of HP was 84.9%. The healing rate of ulcer in treatment group was 95.0% and HP eradication rate was 83.2%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The cost of RFM program was 16.24 yuan, which was significantly different from that of OCA program of 832.23 yuan. Two groups had eradicated patients after HP treatment. There was no significant difference in the recurrence of ulcer and HP positive test in different periods. Conclusion: RFM program compliance, efficient, safe, inexpensive, it is worth promoting.
