当今时代对工艺美术类人才的要求,更注重传承和发展的有效结合,强调学生综合能力的培养。这就要求工艺美术类图书馆应联系本地区经济发展情况和人文环境,根据工艺美术行业人才需求的特点,合理调整现有馆藏和服务方向,具备满足社会经济需求、传承与引进相结合、注重资源融合、创新交流环境的多元化社会教育和培训功能。
