文章对电阻为负载时 ,硅光电负阻器件 (SPNRD)的光电负阻特性和光学双稳态特性间的对应关系进行了系统的分析。定义了描述静态光学双稳态特性的 7个基本参数 ,并分析了负载电阻 (RL)和电源电压 (V0 )对这些参数的影响 ,理论分析结果与实测结果相一致。所得出的结论适用于由负阻特性产生双稳态特性的所有情况。
In this paper, the corresponding relationship between the photoelectric negative resistance characteristic and the optical bistable characteristic of silicon photodiode negative resistance device (SPNRD) is systematically analyzed when the resistance is loaded. Seven basic parameters describing the static optical bistable characteristics are defined, and the influence of load resistance (RL) and supply voltage (V0) on these parameters is analyzed. The theoretical analysis results are consistent with the measured results. The conclusion reached applies to all cases of bistable behavior due to the negative resistance characteristics.
