表面活性剂驱油是提高石油采收率最具潜力的技术之一。该技术成本昂贵的主要原因是地层岩石对表面活性剂的吸附而造成损失。使用牺牲剂来减少表面活性剂的吸附损失已有报道。本文研究了价格低廉的木素磺酸盐(LS)作为表面活性剂驱油牺牲剂的可行性。在同玉门油田表面活性剂体系配伍时,研究了改性 LS 的吸附特性,抗吸附损失作用及其对表面活性剂体系相行为的影响。结果表明,改性 LS 的吸附符合 Langmuir 方程;使用改性 LS 的水溶液对地层岩石进行预冲洗,可显著地减少表面活性剂的吸附损失(减少量>60%)。因为改性 LS 与阴离子表面活性剂有较好的协同作用,并可以提高其耐盐性。因此,改性 LS 作为表面活性剂驱油时的牺牲剂具有广阔的前景。
Surfactant flooding is one of the most promising technologies to increase oil recovery. The major reason for the high cost of this technique is the loss caused by the adsorption of surfactants by formation rocks. The use of sacrificial agents to reduce surfactant adsorption losses has been reported. This article studies the feasibility of inexpensive lignosulfonates (LS) as a surfactant flooding sacrificial agent. In compatibility with Yumen oilfield surfactant system, the adsorption properties, anti-adsorption loss and the influence on the phase behavior of the surfactant system were studied. The results show that the adsorption of modified LS accords with the Langmuir equation. Pre-flushing of formation rocks with the aqueous solution of modified LS can significantly reduce the adsorption loss (> 60%) of the surfactant. Because the modified LS and anionic surfactants have better synergies, and can improve its salt tolerance. Therefore, the modified LS as a surfactant flooding sacrificial agent has a bright future.
