我是一个中等林业学校造林学教师,10年教学期间,每年都要进行接木实习.我自己接木技能,以接水蜜桃来说,还有一些经验,然而当我每次教同学们接木实习(接水蜜桃、李、乌桕等),其成活率很低,连10%都不到,有几次甚至一株都没有接活.这在我思想上认为是同学们初次学习,还没有经验,接不活是必然的事,只要他们懂得接木的理论,学会接木的方法和步骤就是了,何必苛求成活率的多少!我更没有从提高成活率方面去开动过脑筋,抱着任务观点在教课.

I did not improve the survival rate to start brains, holding the mission point of view in teaching class.
