为筛选出适于板蓝根育苗的最佳基质,以食用菌下脚料为试材,将食用菌下脚料配比成6种基质,采用田间随机区组排列方法,研究了6种基质对板蓝根幼苗生长与生理特性的影响。结果表明:以商品基质与食用菌下脚料等体积混合基质处理(A4)的板蓝根幼苗株高、叶片数、主根根长、地上鲜质量、冠根比等形态指标与CK相比,分别高出5.36cm、3.66片、2.52cm、5.00g和4.04;幼苗的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO_2浓度等生理指标最大,分别为13.25CO_2μmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、6.44mmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)、432H_2O mmol·m~(-2)·s~(-1)和376μmol·mol~(-1),幼苗叶片中叶绿素含量最高可达12.78mg·dm~(-2);综合分析处理A4的基质配比有利于板蓝根幼苗的壮苗培育。
