剑在中国武术中不仅是重要的冷兵器之一,另外还是中国文化中兵器与生活联系最紧密的装饰品。中国古代上至天子下至百姓,有佩剑的喜好。自从武术进入竞技比赛项目,剑术就是器械全能比赛里边重要的一项。本文通过文献资料法、录像分析法、逻辑分析法对2009年全国大学生武术套路锦标赛男子剑术的动作难度编排进行分析,得出本次大学生武术锦标赛男子剑术套路的难度编排中所存在的问题。过多强调难度动作会影响套路的演练水平,使套路在演练的过程中出现脱节现象。在训练的过程中要加强体能训练,保证比赛时上报的动作难度能够保质保量地完成。

This article analyzes the difficulty of arranging the men’s fencing movements in the 2009 National Wushu Championships through literature, video analysis and logical analysis, and finds out the problems in the difficulty arrangement of the men’s fencing routines in this Wushu Championship. Too much emphasis on the degree of difficulty will affect the level of exercise routines, routines in the process of drilling out of line. In the process of training to strengthen physical training to ensure that the game reported the difficulty of the movement to complete the quality and quantity.
