当发生质量问题时,通常需要与那些有能力提出解决办法的人进行磋商。然而多数情况中,由于有关细节交流不够,时间花费不少而问题的实质却未抓住。为此哈威尔(Harwell)无损检测中心根据大量工业调查的经验,提出如下检测要素,将有助于启发您的思路.使您有的方矢地解决多种无损检测方面的质量问题。1 简述问题的性质2 需要完成什么?3 应该考虑哪些技术因素?(1)应该检出何种类型和何种尺寸的缺陷(是否已有适宜的规范)?何种类型、何种尺寸的缺陷是允许的。(2)必须检测哪些零件(正确的材料规范是什么?当有必要检测时,应检测制造过程的哪一个环节?是整个零件,还是关键部分)?
When a quality problem occurs, it is often necessary to consult with those who are capable of proposing solutions. However, in most cases, the details of the communication are not enough, the time is spent a lot, and the essence of the problem is not seized. For this reason, Harwell NDT Center, based on the experience of a large number of industrial surveys, proposes the following testing elements that will help inspire your thinking and give you the freedom to address a wide range of quality issues in NDT. 1 What is the nature of the problem? 2 What are the technical requirements to be considered? (1) What types and sizes of defects should be detected (are there any suitable specifications)? What type and size Defects are allowed. (2) What parts must be tested (what is the correct material specification, which part of the manufacturing process should be checked when it is necessary, the entire part, or the critical part)?
