本文报道试用由弗氏2a516株自然突变株制备的活痢疾菌苗治疗急性和慢性痢疾患者。对成人和儿童进行实验室、临床和流行病学观察的结果表明,这种菌苗基本上无反应,但具有显著的免疫效果。
This article reports the trial with Freund’s 2a516 strain of natural mutant prepared live dysentery vaccine for patients with acute and chronic dysentery. The results of laboratory, clinical and epidemiological observations of adults and children show that the vaccine is essentially non-responsive but has a significant immunological effect.
