广西壮族自治区109个县(市、区)中有49个贫困县,其中28个属于国家扶贫开发工作重点县。近几年来,通过创新财政扶贫方式,整合资金,以“三个推进”统揽全区扶贫开发工作,取得了良好成效。
There are 49 poverty-stricken counties in 109 counties (cities and districts) in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, of which 28 belong to the key counties for poverty alleviation and development in the country. In recent years, we have achieved good results by innovating financial assistance for poverty alleviation and integrating funds so as to control poverty alleviation and development in the whole region with “three advances ”.
