今年7月,杭州滨江区的一个2岁女童突然从10楼坠落,正从楼下经过的吴菊萍奋不顾身地冲过去用双手接住孩子。当我们为吴菊萍的见义勇为感动之时,2岁女童因何坠楼也让我们引发追问。现在随着人们经济条件的好转,很多家庭纷纷住上了楼房,美观的住所在带给人舒适的同时,对儿童的安全防范问题又提出了新的课题。
