奚正平,男,汉族,1966年12月生,安徽芜湖人,中共党员,东北大学冶金物理化学专业工学博士,教授级高级工程师。1998年6月至2005年6月任西北有色金属研究院副院长;2005年6月起任西北有色金属研究院院长、党委副书记,兼任陕西省材料科学工程院院长,陕西省人大常委及科教文卫副主任,金属多孔材料国家重点实验室主任,上市企业西部金属材料股份有限公司董事长。
