目的速度向量成像(VVI)评价曲美他嗪早期干预对糖尿病大鼠左室功能的影响。方法SD大鼠随机分糖尿病组(DM)、曲美他嗪组(TMZ)和对照组(NC)。链脲佐菌素诱导DM模型,TMZ组曲美他嗪10mg/(kg·d)灌胃,NC组和DM组生理盐水灌胃,治疗8周后行VVI检查,并取心肌组织透射电镜检测。结果除收缩期径向峰值速度(Vs)外,TMZ组舒张期径向峰值速度(Vd)、径向峰值应变(Sr)、收缩和舒张期径向峰值应变率(收缩期SRr、舒张期SRr)、切向峰值应变(Sc)、收缩和舒张期切向峰值应变率(收缩期SRc、舒张期SRc)均较DM组增高(P均<0.05)。TMZ组心肌纤维及线粒体结构较DM组改善。结论曲美他嗪早期干预能改善心肌超微结构,增强糖尿病大鼠左室收缩和舒张功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of trimetazidine on left ventricular function in diabetic rats by velocity vector imaging (VVI). Methods SD rats were randomly divided into diabetic group (DM), trimetazidine group (TMZ) and control group (NC). Streptozotocin induced DM model, TMZ group, trimetazidine 10mg / (kg · d) was given into the stomach, and the rats in NC group and DM group were given intragastric administration of saline. VVI examination was performed 8 weeks after treatment, and the myocardial tissue was examined by transmission electron microscopy. Results In addition to the peak systolic radial velocity (Vs), the peak radial velocity (Vd), radial peak strain (Sr), systolic and diastolic radial peak strain rate (systolic phase SRr, diastolic phase SRr ), Tangential peak strain (Sc), systolic and diastolic peak strain rates (systolic SRc, diastolic SRc) were significantly higher than those in DM group (all P <0.05). TMZ group myocardial fibrosis and mitochondrial structure than the DM group improved. Conclusion Trimetazidine early intervention can improve myocardial ultrastructure and enhance left ventricular systolic and diastolic function in diabetic rats.
