前言:与“特发性”(idiopathic)AlHA比较,并发于潜在疾病的AIHA并非少见。胶原性血管疾病及网状内皮系统肿瘤与这种贫血有关是众所周知的。但是免疫性溶血性贫血发生在其它恶性疾病而非网状内皮系统的恶性病是不常见的,由于癌症而致的Coombs＇试验阳性的溶血性贫血则更为少见,过去只报告过20例与癌症有关的IHA病例。本报告介绍一例Coombs＇试验阳性的AIHA合并胃癌后复发,并伴有血小板减少。
Preface: AIHA, which is associated with underlying disease, is not uncommon compared with idiopathic AlHA. Collagenous vascular diseases and reticuloendothelial tumors are well known to be associated with this type of anemia. However, it is not uncommon for immune hemolytic anemia to occur in other malignancies rather than in the reticuloendothelial system. Coombs’ positive hemolytic anemia due to cancer is even less common, with only 20 cases reported in the past Cancer-related IHA cases. This report describes the recurrence of a Coombs’ test-positive AIHA with gastric cancer with thrombocytopenia.
