目的比较离子色谱法(A)与离子选择电极法(B)测定工作场所空气中氟化氢是否存在显著性差异。方法分别采用GBZ/T 160.36—2004工作场所空气中氟化氢的两种测定方法,测定某化工公司车间空气中氟化氢的含量。并对两种方法的测定结果进行方差分析。结果采集某化工公司磷化车间5个空气样品和标准样品分别用A、B两种方法进行6次重复测定,其RSD在0.477%~1.239%之间,两种方法比较F=1.482,P>0.05;对样品加标回收试验结果,回收率在98.7%~103.3%之间,两种方法回收率比较F=0.358,P>0.05。结论两种方法的精密度、准确度和测定结果差异无统计学意义,均可作为测定工作场所空气中氟化氢含量的方法。
Objective To compare whether there is a significant difference in hydrogen fluoride in the air of the workplace by ion chromatography (A) and ion-selective electrode (B). Methods Two kinds of determination methods of hydrogen fluoride in the air of workplace GBZ / T 160.36-2004 were respectively used to determine the hydrogen fluoride content in the workshop air of a chemical company. The results of the two methods were analyzed by ANOVA. Results A total of five air samples and standard samples from a chemical company’s phosphate plant were collected for 6 replicates with A and B respectively. The RSD ranged from 0.477% to 1.239%. The two methods were F = 1.482, P> 0.05; the spiked sample recovery test results, the recovery rate was between 98.7% to 103.3%, the recovery of the two methods compared F = 0.358, P> 0.05. Conclusion The precision, accuracy and determination results of the two methods are of no statistical significance and can be used as a method to determine the content of hydrogen fluoride in the air of the workplace.
