10月10日中午,和杨元庆的午餐会临近结束的时候,我翻出《知识经济》第10期上的《佳能内部文件》给杨元庆看,请他象佳能一样为《知识经济》提供一份《联想内部文件》。杨元庆看了一眼《佳能内部文件》说:“这些都是企业秘密啊。”我告诉杨元庆,关键的数字都隐去了,不会泄密。“而且,我也要为读者提供一些可操作的东西,提供一些真材实料给他们看,我的杂志要卖啊。”杨元庆想了一下,勉强答应。 联想这份“关于技术人员怎样沿技术路线向上发展”的文件不牵扯数字,所以,用不着我为他们隐去关键数字。 真正做企业的人会将内部文件看得很重,他们会和记者讲战略,但不会对外讲操作,操作是一个企业安身立命的积累。 这份来之不易的文件至少有两点值得关注:一、高科技企业一定要在行政升迁之外,另设一条技术升迁的道路,使优秀人才不必都挤在行政升迁的独木桥上,使醉心于技术的人才沿着技术路线也能“爬上去”;二、怎样在技术操作中平衡这两条路线,使技术升迁路线变得更吸引人。 ——刘韧
