珠江水资源保护科学研究所于1999年1月29日召开第二届学术研讨会。珠委副主任崔伟中、珠江流域水资源保护局局长李智华及委规技处、人教处等单位代表参加了大会。本次研讨会共有15篇论文参加交流。内容涉及水资源保护各有关专业,如水环境容量计算、水资源保护立法、水环境质量分析、水生生物研究、湿地自然保护、水质监测、计算机应用等。其中不乏对专业工作中技术问题的见解、计算方法的探讨、专业难点的研究和新技术的应用。整个研讨会气氛热烈而活跃。与会作者在宣读论文的同时,利用电脑Powerpoint软件和投影仪,将论文
The Pearl River Water Resources Conservation Institute held its second symposium on January 29, 1999. Cui Wei-chu, deputy director of the Pearl Committee, Li Zhihua, director of the Pearl River Basin Water Resources Protection Bureau and representatives from the Planning Commission, People’s Education Department and other units attended the meeting. This seminar a total of 15 papers to participate in the exchange. It covers the related fields of water resources protection, such as calculation of water environment capacity, legislation of water resources protection, water environment quality analysis, aquatic biological research, wetland nature protection, water quality monitoring and computer application. Many of them are professional work on the technical issues of opinion, calculation methods, professional difficulties and the application of new technologies. The seminar was warm and lively.
