就业问题已成为全社会关注的热点,它作为“民生之本”,不仅关系到 千家万户的切身利益,还直接影响社会主义现代化建设的进程和质量,甚至关系到社会的协调 和稳定。我国职业教育正进入一个更深刻的转型阶段,它已从原来的“供给驱动型”转向“需求驱动型”。面对就业这个社会热点问题,职业教育如何承担起自己的使命?职业教育在整个社会中如何充分发挥自己的功能?一直以来,专家学者们都意识到“职业教育与就业”这个话题很大而且很重要,围绕这个话题要研究的问题特别多。近期,由中国职 业技术教育学 会学术委 员会主办 、华东师 范大学教 育科学学院 职业教育 与成人教 育研究所 承办的“中青年职教论坛”在上海举行,编者有幸采访了职教专家、中青年论坛的 策划人、发起者和组织者中国职 教学会副会长、学术 委员会主 任杨金土 先生,并 且聆听了 众多专家 和学者就“职业教 育与就业”所发表的高见。为此,编者精心组织刊登了一些有代表性的观点,期望大家今后继续对这个话题进行深入的研讨。
The issue of employment has become a focus of attention of the entire society. As a “root of the people’s livelihood,” it not only affects the immediate interests of millions of households, but also directly affects the process and quality of socialist modernization and even the social coordination and stability. Vocational education in our country is entering a more profound stage of transformation. It has shifted from the original “supply-driven” to “demand-driven.” In the face of the social hot issues of employment, how does vocational education assume its own mission? How can vocational education give full play to its own functions in society as a whole? Experts and scholars all along have been aware that the topic of “vocational education and employment” Very important, there are many problems to be studied around this topic. Recently, China Vocational and Technical Education Association Academic Committee sponsored by the East China Normal University Institute of Vocational Education and Adult Education contractor “middle-aged Vocational Education Forum held in Shanghai, the editor had the honor to interview the vocational education experts, young Forum Mr. Yang Jintu, curator, initiator and organizer, vice president and academic committee of China Vocational Education Association, listened to the opinions expressed by many experts and scholars on ”vocational education and employment." To this end, the editor carefully organized published some representative views, I hope everyone in the future to continue in-depth discussions on this topic.
